Every year, we’re touched and inspired by the stories shared at Elevate, our annual healthcare conference. We’re bringing the community together again for Elevate 2025 in September 2025, and we want to hear from you!

What to expect
Panel sessions, including keynotes, will be 55 minutes in length. We kindly ask that all speakers provide a brief talk outline that speaks to one of the above talk tracks.
Have more than one idea? Feel free to submit multiple proposals.
We’ll look at submissions using these criteria:
- Personal - sharing your own experiences and learnings
- Specific - dives beyond the surface level
- Relevant - applies to the themes and the community
- Hands-on - allows attendees to feel involved in your narrative
- Practical - able to be implemented easily and instantly
A group of Medallion employees from different departments, backgrounds, and expertise will review all submissions. Each talk will be rated anonymously on the same criteria.

Terms & Conditions for Speaker Submissions
Elevate is not pay-to-play and does not pay honorariums to speakers or accept sponsorship for participation. By submitting your application to speak at Elevate 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Submission and Review Process
Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection as a speaker. Proposals will be reviewed by the Elevate 2025 team based on relevance, innovation, and alignment with the event's themes.
Elevate 2025 reserves the right to accept, modify, or reject any proposals at its sole discretion.
2. Content Guidelines
Speaker presentations must be educational, thought-provoking, and free from overt sales pitches.
All presentations should adhere to the agreed-upon topic and session format as outlined during the submission and planning process.
3. Speaker Commitments
Selected speakers must provide any required materials (e.g., headshots, bios, and presentation decks) by the deadlines communicated by the Elevate 2025 team.
Speakers agree to participate in pre-event preparation, including planning calls and rehearsals, as needed.
Speakers are responsible for ensuring they are available and prepared at the designated time for their session(s).
4. Virtual Event Requirements
Speakers must ensure they have access to a reliable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a quiet, distraction-free environment during their session.
It is the speaker's responsibility to test their equipment and connectivity prior to the event. The Elevate 2025 team may provide technical support or a tech check to assist with setup.
5. Permissions
By submitting, you confirm that you own the rights to the content provided in your proposal and grant Elevate 2025 permission to use it for marketing and promotional purposes.
Selected speakers authorize Elevate 2025 to record and distribute their presentations, including via video, audio, and promotional materials, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Proposals containing confidential or proprietary information should not be submitted. Elevate 2025 assumes no liability for the protection of sensitive information included in speaker submissions.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Elevate 2025 reserves the right to alter the event schedule, session format, or speaker lineup as necessary to ensure a high-quality program.
In the event of cancellation, Elevate 2025 will communicate changes promptly and work with speakers to explore alternative arrangements.
8. Liability
Elevate 2025 is not responsible for technical issues on the speaker’s end, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, or interruptions in their virtual environment.
9. Agreement
By submitting your proposal, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
