We're thrilled to share that Medallion has been named to Inc.'s 2026 Best Workplaces list — a recognition that means a great deal to us because it comes directly from the voices of our team.
At Medallion, we believe the best healthcare teams shouldn't be buried in paperwork. We build software that handles the behind-the-scenes complexity of running a provider network — credentialing, licensing, enrollment — so that hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations can focus on what actually matters: getting providers in front of patients. We're just getting started, and that mission shapes everything about how we operate — including how we show up for our own team.
The Best Workplaces award wasn't self-reported. Inc. partnered with Quantum Workplace to survey employees across hundreds of applicant companies, measuring what actually shapes the experience of working somewhere: how effective management is, how meaningful professional development feels, how well perks hold up in practice, and what the overall culture is like day-to-day. Company benefits were also independently audited before final scores were tallied.
We think this distinction reflects something real about how Medallion operates — not a culture built for optics, but one built around genuine investment in the people who do the work.
"This year's Best Workplaces list goes beyond great company culture — it highlights companies making meaningful and sustained investment in their employees. Even in a labor market that favors employers, these companies understand that an intentional and authentic commitment to their teams drives stronger employee retention, engagement, and ultimately, a stronger business overall," says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc.
We're proud to be in that group — and grateful to everyone at Medallion who makes it true. View the full Inc. Best Workplaces 2026 list
